About the event
PRCH's Tenant Energy Advocacy (TEA) project hosted a meeting with Marissa Paslick Gillett, chairman of the Public Utility Regulatory Authority (PURA), allowing tenants and activists to discuss their experiences with energy affordability and energy efficiency. The meeting was attended by TEA partners like the Nonprofit Accountability Group (NAG), the Sierra Club of Connecticut, and Neighborhood Housing Services of New Haven’s I Heart My Home Program. The goals of the meeting included sharing research findings with decision-makers and creating a direct line of communication between community members with state regulators.
