TEA Time: Community Feedback Session for the Tenant Energy Advocacy Project

The Tenant Energy Advocacy (TEA) Project hosted a consecutive Community Feedback Session where tenants, activists, and other stakeholders engaged with the research process. We discussed findings from our individual interviews surrounding energy efficiency in rental properties and experiences around collective tenant action for energy justice. Participants heard what we learned about what is happening in New Haven rental properties and discussed ensuring everyone can live comfortably and have affordable bills. The session concluded by allowing participants to plan the next steps for working together for energy efficiency in their homes. Read more about the event in the New Haven Independent.
